I really like that game! I would buy it in a heartbeat if it was available on Steam.
I bought the CD version a few months ago (one of my original discs broke years ago) and was even able to play it again.
Unfortunately the add on didn't run on Win 11 for whatever reason.
I don't know who the current license holder is, but the original developer no longer exists.
Now, we have many kind-of-broken games on Steam because of their age -- but, if they bring a game to Steam and it's already broken, that's just opening them up for problems and bad press. Thus, they would likely have to work on it for a bit, which just isn't worth it for a 2003 game.
