Error 125 can't initiate trade with me
Hello,

I've changed my email address and now can't trade (i didn't know before).
But I checked on support and it says that my account is allowed to trade.
How can I know if the trade lock is lifted? any estimated hours or days?

You might be under trade cooldown for 5 days due to change of e-mail.

Did you also reset your password?

Changing your email does not restrict you from trading.

The only 5 day restriction there is is for resetting your password.

No, I only changed my email. this is the error my friend is getting. Also, I am sure my account is public upon checking this on steam.

I checked on support and this is showing that I am ok for trade.

Trading

Your account, edrieee, is allowed to trade and use the Community Market. If you cannot complete any trades or use the market, feel free to contact Steam Support. It would be helpful to include a screenshot of any error you are seeing.
