Changing your email does not restrict you from trading.
The only 5 day restriction there is is for resetting your password.
Hello,
No, I only changed my email. this is the error my friend is getting. Also, I am sure my account is public upon checking this on steam.

I checked on support and this is showing that I am ok for trade.
Trading
Your account, edrieee, is allowed to trade and use the Community Market. If you cannot complete any trades or use the market, feel free to contact Steam Support. It would be helpful to include a screenshot of any error you are seeing.
Your inventory is full private.
It also has nothing to do with your email or password.
Scroll down to the Inventory section and at least make it friends only.
