Games gone from my library.
For some reason, my library will only show the games I have installed, even though I haven't checked any special paramaters like "installed locally." How can I fix this?

You haven't checked "Installed locally" but you have checked "Show only ready to play games". Uncheck that one and you'll get all games, including those not ready-to-play.
