Steam nagging about driver updates
How do I disable these annoying messages from steam about gamepad and audio driver updates?

I'm on linux I shouldn't be seeing this ♥♥♥♥, driver updates are handled by my package manager, not steam.

These popups are outrageously annoying and intrusive.

yeah i know, the games work better when we DONT update the drivers if anything lmao

I don't think this has anything to do with games it's just for steam link or some ♥♥♥♥.

But it's just nagging that i need to restart steam after updating gamepad driver or that steam needs an audio driver update, those 2 popups i'm constantly getting them for days now, and it's gotten beyond annoying.

There is a steam client launch option -skipstreamingdrivers which should disable the audio driver checks, but I still need something for that gamepad driver popup
