Games not running as usual
So an hour ago I was gaming. I took a break to make food, then I come back a half hour later unable to run any titles above 15fps. I'm on the east coast USA. Is there something going on with the servers over here?

Well you didn't mention which games, so hard to know what's going on with unknown game servers.

Or do you think Steam itself controls your FPS? Because, no.

Also when you have an issue like this it's a good idea to post your CPU specs, so what are they?

Have you tried anything to fix the problem? If so, what? Have you tried restarting your PC?
It's a 7800X3D and a 7800XT. I've restarted the computer, went from wireless to Ethernet connection, restarted the modem, tried offline mode, run three scans all clean. I'm trying to play Dragon Age Origins, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk, Path of Exile, Guilty as Sock. I'm pretty sure I've covered a large area as far as system requirements goes.

The 7800x3D includes an integrated graphics card. Ensure your dedicated GPU is used instead. Also, check that your display is plugged into the GPU connection port and not that of your mainboard.

If in doubt, your BIOS should allow disabling the iGPU.

I figured it out. My computer forgot my gpu existed so I had to remind it in the system.
