Foreign card
I'm staying abroad for a few weeks and was wondering if a prepaid card or physical gift card purchased here would work on my steam account since the country I set here uses the same currency (€). Also would I have to change region or not?

you should only be changing regions when you move to a new region. it also requires you to have a payment method from the new region.
