Suddenly getting slow download speeds.
As the title reads, I am suddenly getting low speeds 4 to 2mbps, I should be getting atleast 50 to 60 on my 500mbps, i cant even update my games now due to long download times... I don't have this problem with epic launcher.

I tried:
changing regions
clear download cache
allowed through fire wall
disabled my fire wall
Flush the Steam config
change lan settings
reset my network adapter
Renewed my IP and flushed my DNS cache
Net speed is fine at a 500 to 519.08 mbps
added -tcp to steam launch options
beta client participation
power cycled my network devices
cleared my appcache
scan for adware and malware
change my DNS server
repaired the steam service
reinstalled steam

Same here, usually I get D/L speed of 80-90 Mbps (bits), for the last 5 days like 0,3 Mbps ?

Tried to changed source City to no avail, even neighbouring countries.

Tried speedtest on several several server, can achieve 100 Mbps easy.

What's wrong Steam ?

(Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia)

Well, think it through. If you've done everything you can think of to fix the problem on your end, you have no trouble on other websites, and other people who aren't on your ISP don't seem to be having any problem, what's left? Your ISP is likely capping your bandwidth to Steam.

Well I've read that about Netflix, but never heard about Steam before.

Update : It's seems to be fixed at the moment (bumped back to 90 Mbps) but let see tomorrow.

Got 30 GB+ download, will continue tomorrow.
UPDATE :

In my area, it's fixed now, back to 90 Mbps (bits).since yesterday.
Download / upload speeds are an issue with your network and your ISP. Nothing Steam can do to help you.

Might be, but Steam might also wrongly configured to slow down their upload speed.

It was fine before, I tried to change the server to my surrounding countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia) still slow.

But when I change to Tokyo (Japan, which is quite far.) it suddenly works.

Just updating that since yesterday, it's working normally in my original country's server.
It was fine for four days was getting up to 50 but now its back to just 2 below,
