what does steam consider as a inappropriate profile avatar ?
i notices if you want to report a person, one of the options is inappropriate profile avatar but what does that really mean?like po*n or some gore ? I've never seen a person with such profile avatar tho

Nudity or sexual content, Nazi related avatars ( flags or historical nazi persona like Hitler, Goebbels and such), advertisements for other sites, gore.
