Steam error Message stops Cold War from Stariting
After a fresh install of Call Of Duty Cold War I select Play and get the following message:

"Steam must be running in order to play Call Of Duty Cold War"

Whats going on? Why am I getting this message and how do I fix it? I restart Steam and It doesn't fix it................
