DOWNLOAD SPEEDS
HELLO everyone,

I was curious to know how you fixed your download speeds. I have a 1GB/s everything works fine, the modem, router,cable,firmware updates etc. But when it comes to downloads it is limited to 1mb/s even though i have it turned off. I tried reinstalling the STEAM app, but still i have the same issue.

I am on a windows 11 pro and did not have these issues before. Thank you

Same issue here, i've recently got s new gaming laptop and so far its taken TWO DAYS to download 3 games from my library!!

IT'S SLOW. No question about it. Some problems usually arise on how many servers and how many clients are on the Steam at one time. Also latency and routing networks effect download speeds. If the downloads traveling network routing are during the busiest time of the day, it may have to travel all over the U.S. before it gets to you. Course, Steam downloads are habitually slow. Hope this helps.
