You have to wait for the exact time of your account's creation to pass before you are given it. If (for example) you created your account at 5pm 31st July, then you have to wait until that time.

You will be given your pixels. Patience.

Right that's the thing. My account was created on 31st of July, but I didn't know the time, so ill try and check what time stamp.

You'll just have to wait then. Like I said, you will get your pixels. It's not bugged, the time just hasn't passed yet.
