Ubisoft asked me to contact steam but steam denied my 3 refund request.

So i had an issues with a game from ubisoft (Trackmania united forever) where the mania planet key is linked to my account, but the game is bugged and think the mania planet key is linked to a different account.

I have contacted ubisoft support in march 2025 and today, they finally told me that they couldn't fix my issues and to contact steam.

The problem its that its been 4 month and i've tried doing 3 refund request that were just automatically denied.

How can i contact steam with this problem?

then you are most likely on the wrong screen. I looked at a game I purchased in march, I have 5 options to chose from.

get your purchase history on screen, then click on the game your having trouble with, that will then show you a new screen with multiple options that will include "I have a question"

manual ticket - select the purchase, then select "I have a question". dont get your hopes up, 4 months is well outside the 2 week requirement for refunds. but you never know.
