[Urgent] Is this an official customer service representative?
I was informed that I might be wrongfully banned due to a certain issue, and I was told to contact someone named Sara C from CX Help Desk. However, is this person an official customer support representative? It doesn’t seem like this is a standard procedure.

its a scam, report the account thru its profile. if it was a discord account being used, report the discord account to discord

It's not and it's a dead obvious scam which is old. So old and known, Steam even has a warning page about it.

Report any accounts involved and cease all contact.
I haven’t received any notification about this situation in my email, so I’m also considering the possibility that this might be a scam. I apologize if I’m bringing this to the wrong place.

Of course, I did not provide any personal information, but I did send the other party a few screenshots of my purchase history. Was that okay?

Your purchase history contains your account name so they have one credential. Make sure you have a strong password and two-factor enabled.
