Do you think that this is a scam?

I was contacted by someone who claimed to have falsely reported me after an individual that used my name on Rust (a game I neither own nor play) scammed them for 1k USD. Then they sent me this image from a supposed steam ticket after contacting support about it

This seems incredibly suspicious to me since, as far as my knowledge goes, Steam has its own email domain and no major company uses Discord as a means of communication.

Anyway, this was the user who sent the image to me, so in case it is that obvious of a scam it may be a good idea to stay away from them.
