I purchased a skin from the Steam Market on July 31st , StatTrak™ AK-47 | Ice Coaled , for €19.20.
The transaction is still stuck in "pending" status, and it's been more than 24 hours now. The funds are not available in my Steam Wallet anymore, but I also haven’t received the item.
I tried to contact Steam Support through the website, but I keep getting an error message saying: "An error occurred trying to handle that request."
Can someone please help me with this issue or escalate it to Steam Support? I just want the item or my money back.
