Technically any use of vpn's are not allowed but in the same country like that it really shouldn't matter.

However vpn's can cause problems such as additional lag in online games or security issues so make sure you have a good reason to do it as usually it's never needed.

As per the SSA, as long as you're not using a VPN to disguise your country of origin, it shouldn't be an issue.

I am not gonna use it play games, only like trades and purchases. I am using it to chage my ip

If you are using it to bypass regional restrictions, or get better prices, you are violating the SSA and they will lock or delete your account.

Don't do that.

It really depends WHAT you mean by trades and all that. Because as others have said if you're doing it to circumvent previous actions, bans, or bad feedback, then you're going to be going against the SSA you agreed to.

If you're using the VPN for just choosing a different server in game or doing anything that doesn't breach agreements then you're OK using them.

I am not trying to get better prices, only purchase certain items with the same price with a VPN connected to my country. Will that change prices?

You haven't answered the question - WHY are you doing this?

If you are doing this to try and get round a ban or action or soemthing that's against the agreement. You should not do that.

Used a VPN for years with no issue. I'm always connected to a UK server because I'm in the UK. Funny thing is Steam often shows me located closer to my actual home address when VPN is connected than it does when I@m not connected, as in 100+ miles further without the VPN and 50 or less with it.

I'm not trying to circumvent anything nor hide my location. For me it's simply because it's always connected and because of the way it connects the split tunnelling doesn't always work so it's easier to just leave it connected..
