F**k you valve. I reinstalled windows (+formatted my ssd) and entrusted your steam cloud my saves.
I was 100% sure that after installation I will have my save.
Steam Cloud was always enabled for all my games, especially Elden Ring.

What do I have now?
Steam cloud synchronized and I have save file that i had ONE MONTH AGO.
WTF?
