I cannot purchase with Paypal

Is paypal currently disabled for everyone or is it just me and I need to contact support?

When selecting Paypal, it says "steam we are temporarily unable to process transactions with this payment method at this time"

For most regions, PayPal is unavailable, yes.

Yes, PayPal ceased service with Steam for the time being. Reinstation of service is being worked on.

Can steam even lose Mastercard and Visa support?
