Объясните как работают шанс выпадения карт в стиме
Я не понял пункт с процентами, что если левый пользователь Стим скрафтит значок то есть шанс получить пак и за каждые 10 уровней увеличивается на определенный процент, и конкретно я не понял какой базовый шанс получения этого набора и если будет 100% шанс то я буду получать от каждого пользователя или как? Мне тяжело это объяснить так как в самом Стиме непонятно написано. И ещё вопрос почему я не могу получать карты из игры которая временно бесплатная, к примеру на днях стала бесплатной Barro gt и там есть карты но пишет также как будто я все карты получил (карточки больше не выпадут)

Think of it as a lottery. If you are eligible to receive a booster pack, you have a certain amount of "lottery tickets" determined by your Steam level, and so does everyone else who is also eligible. When someone crafts a badge for that game, a random ticket is selected and that person gets a booster pack.

Every 10 levels increases your chance by 20%. So that's like starting with 5 tickets for the lottery, plus one more for every 10 levels.

like if I have a 100% chance then there will be 2 "tickets" and one of them can be a winner?

You can't have a 100% chance. You need to consider everyone else who is also eligible to get a booster pack.
Getting to level 50 for a "+100% chance" just means you have twice as many entries in the lottery than you would at under level 10.

I don't think they announced anything about it, but they probably don't want thousands of people claiming a free game just to get cards to sell for a few cents, lowering their value. So you have to buy the game to get the card drops.

Any game that you get for free will not provide card drops.

The only exception to this is if you can buy things on Steam in the game. An example for this is CS2. As you buy things like case keys or capsules in CS2, you earn card drops. You get a card drop for every $9 spent in the game.

Otherwise, no card drops. It doesn't matter if it was free just temporarily.
