This was from steam support since i emailed them sending them a file of proof n got a email back sayin the same error idk if its them or not it says steamsupport so im just waiting now

thats just not how support works.. you've probably send a scammer proof so he can hijack your account

It was a robot jus the average email they will send u after making a apeal.

If you want to contact Support then you must submit a ticket https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/ or https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

i got it now i added the funds too my wallet now and yes you can just contact support and contact somebody half of yall jus clueless talkin about im emailing a scammer lmao

No one said you couldn't contact Support. You just can't do it via email. So when you say you're emailing Support, you're obviously meaning something else or emailing someone who is not Support. So just to be clear, Support does not communicate to us via email. They only talk to us via the ticket system.

No you cannot.

As stated you can ONLY contact support via the inbuilt support function within Steam. NOT via email.

You may be misspeaking or you are talking to someone pretending to be support. But the fact remains they are correct and you are wrong.
