help
I recently bought a new PC, and when I tried to log in from it, I couldn't. The email address I used to log in on my previous PC is no longer in use, and my credit card has expired and been updated to a new one, so I don't have it with me. I am still logged in on my previous PC as usual, but what should I do to log in on the new PC?

Then how were you logging in on your old PC?
Why didn't you update your email address when the old one was no longer valid?

Seriously, it's your responsibility to keep these things up to date.
It's because I remained logged in. I was purchasing the game with a new credit card. That's certainly true, but since I am looking for a solution, it's a meaningless conversation.

Well all you can do is contact support. They are the only ones that can do anything about this.

But be warned - you WILL need to provide evidence of account ownership so if you can't comply with that you're stuck.

You dont use the email to log in. You use your account name and password.
I'm sorry. To be precise, after logging in, it displays that this account is protected by email verification, and a verification code is sent to an email address that is currently not accessible.
