Steam account limited

Hey everyone, so on the FAQ's it says that I need to spend atleast 5$ or more worth of steam wallet, I've done that through CS, but my account is still limited. Any suggestions on what I should do?

the account is not limited. it normally takes a few hours from when you add or spend the money for the restrictions to be removed

5 months have past and yet my restrictions haven't been removed, although I can add everyone as a friend and those sorts of things, just can't comment on anyone's profile

and the person's profile I've wanted to comment on is a youtuber, and couple of thousands of people have already commented, but I'm not able
