Second of all, your dispute is with the shady sites that scammed you. Buying and Selling Steam items outside of the marketplace like that is not only a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, it's extremely stupid, since it's about the least secure way you could do it. You're giving them money in exchange for the promise that they won't just ignore you after that. Like they're doing now.
What you need to do is go to your bank and file a dispute ASAP.
