I was unaware of the 15 days since I set up Steam Guard and I made a lot of purchases from authorized Steam stores, including various skins in games. I need help from Steam Support because the sites I bought from are no longer responding to my refund until they understand my problem. Please, if possible, reset my Steam Guard cooldown to zero so that I can receive my purchases because it is possible that the sites I purchased from will not transfer them to me until the end of my waiting period. Thanks to the Steam team.

First of all, Support can't and won't override any cooldown.


Second of all, your dispute is with the shady sites that scammed you. Buying and Selling Steam items outside of the marketplace like that is not only a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, it's extremely stupid, since it's about the least secure way you could do it. You're giving them money in exchange for the promise that they won't just ignore you after that. Like they're doing now.


What you need to do is go to your bank and file a dispute ASAP.
