EA FC26 NOT SHOWING UP

I pre-ordered the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition through Steam and linked it to the EA App. The game appeared in my EA library, but when I checked yesterday, it was gone. I contacted EA customer service, explained the issue, and they told me the problem was with Steam and that I should contact them instead.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there a solution?

Check your purchase history on Steam. Pending? Failed? Complete?

Profile name > Account details > View purchase history.

completed, when I bought it, it was in the EA library for two weeks, but yesterday it disappeared and didn't show up.

If it appears click on "It's not in my library." Restore the licence.

The game is in my Steam library, but it's not in my EA library

Contact steam support. Click on the game. CLICK " I have another issue" and you can send them a manually ticket explaining the issue on your end.

I purchased this by accident
I'm having trouble with my retail CD key
It's not in my library
I want to permanently remove this game from my account

It could be they removed EA App requirement, Steam store page have zero mention about EA App. Like they did with Battlefield 6 on Steam. Only EA account linking required.

EA should do same with every game retroactively in my opinion.

The game isn't out yet it will come back next month when it releases. it wont appear in your EA library until after you launch it the first time.

The fact it appeared in the EA app after you bought it was a bug.
