Please help me solve this problem: I cannot log into Steam via the app on my phone or/and app PC. (Consequently, I cannot install games.)
I can log in on my PC via a browser using the confirmation code that is sent to my email, and I can also log in on my phone via a browser,
but only by restore my password.
When I try to log in via the apps on my phone or PC, I get an error message saying that my Steam username and password are incorrect.
I am 100% sure that login and password I am entering this information correctly.
I completely deleted and reinstalled the apps, but that did not solve the problem.
I do not use VPN.
I tried changing my internet provider, but that did not help either.
