I know how to locate the file the recordings themselves are in, but it won't let me watch them. I click on them and it just reveals these four files

"video"
"clip"
"thumbnail"
I've tried to click all 4 of them but none of them play anything, and I don't know what to do
I wanna see some of my older recordings
