I keep getting comments from fake Chinese profiles.

Hello, for some reason, I keep getting comments on my profile from fake Chinese accounts, and the profile picture is always the same, like some kind of application, and it always says “ekp” (I didn't write the full name for security reasons).

The types of profiles that comment are always the same:

I reported the profile for review, but I don’t want to restrict the comment or contact sections of my account to friends only because I sometimes communicate with people I don’t know and they might leave comments, etc. What should I do? I’m really fed up with this situation—I’ve deleted over 10 comments, but they keep coming...

Report the accounts as well as delete the comments. Nothing will be done if no one reports them. And I wouldn't expect a quick turnaround as Valve is often slow to take any meaningful action. But until they're reported, they'll continue unabated.

If it becomes too much for you, you may have no other choice but to restrict your profile comments. It may only need to be temporarily but don't continue to put up with them just to keep comments open.
