Reshade has bugged all of my videogames.
I got Reshade for BG3, decided I didn't like it, and then got rid of it.

Since then, all of my videogames have had this odd glitch where moving the camera at all causes all textures to sharpen like crazy, and my screen to start tearing despite having Vsync on.

Anybody know how to fix? I uninstalled Reshade, and got rid of the files for it in Baldurs gate 3's Bin folder, but I'm still having these visual bugs.

I haven't used reshade, and I'm not saying it isn't the cause. However if you only set it up for one game, I wouldn't expect it to impact other games. Just an option to keep on the table, correlation doesn't necessarily equal causation. It is possible for two unrelated issues to occur in close proximity.

So if everything you learn about reshade and removing it and resolving any related issues doesn't resolve your issue, then you might want to entertain other possibilities.
