Hi,

I was trying to purchase two games earlier, one of which was on sale. However, it kept saying there was an issue with PayPal. Either a message appeared saying an issue had occurred or I was stuck in an endless loop of verifying i'm not a robot. Once I thought I fixed this, it said 'You have been attempting too many purchases, please try again later' (notice I did not purchase any of the items as PayPal kept failing). I then got an email saying steam had saved my cart with the discounts, however when I click to try again it says 'my region has changed'. I have no idea what this means as nothing has changed and I'm still very much in the same country. Now the discount has ended and I'll have to pay 3x the discounted price. Has anybody else experienced a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much :)
