I can't get my account back - my email and phone number are lost, please help
Hello Steam Support Team,

I have a Steam account that I haven't logged into for a long time. However, I used a temporary email address and phone number when creating the account. I don't have access to these details right now and can't log in.

I'm sharing the information I have about my account below:

Some games I play on the account: Call of Duty®, Rust, Counter-Strike 2, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS

Estimated registration date: 2023

According to your other Thread/s... forget this and make a new Account with proper Email... or use your, if any, gmail, like youraddy+steam@gmail.com so no need for another email, but still treated like a new one.

Ensure you are logged out of all Steam accounts before starting the recovery process.

Answer "i no longer have access" to any question where the details have changed.

But when I try to do what you say, it asks for my e-mail address or phone number. I don't know these anyway, what should I do?

Did you even take the time to read the guide? When you get to where steam ask for email or phone number select i no longer have access so you can move on to the next section of account recovery.

It's clearly stated in the instructions!

Step 3
Click "I no longer have access to my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator".

Click "I no longer have access to this phone number".

Click "I no longer have access to this email adress".

No, I definitely don't get anything like that, it just asks for an email or phone number.

Sounds like you're stuck at the beginning.

Using this link unlocks the ability to provide the account/login name, which you should know, to tell Steam exactly which one you are wanting to recover.
