i cant add my friend

guys idont have 5$ iam nead add my friend but steam nead 5$ in my acc

You may not be able to send invites but you can give them your friend code or invite link from this page... https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/my/friends/add ...that they can use to add you instead.

That is, if you choose not to add $5 to the account right now.
