Hi everyone, I could use some help!

I've recently started playing Payday 2 (for the past couple of days), but I keep running into an issue when playing online. Whether I’m hosting or joining a friend’s game, the game keeps freezing during online sessions.

My system specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-9700 @ 3.00GHz

RAM: 32 GB

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB

Internet Speed: 400 Mbps

Things I've already tried:

Reinstalled the game

Verified game files (no issues found)

Lowered in-game graphics settings

Despite this, the issue still persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
