aye infinite speed on download does not and can't exist ... because well, you're not alone and it depand on the cdn charge ( network and cpu and also charge of your asn...)

you will surelly find many post of this kind with people saying steam should allways download at max speed but it's only bs post by people that do not understand how network is working ...

nonetheless, whatever is the download speed, it will allways download ...

that why is kind of stat only include downloaded data size (total download per country) and never speed because speed can't be guaranty , only on the multiverse i guess ....
