All purchased Gems were removed from your inventory. Market purchases were refunded.

Check your store transactions tab in your account page to see wallet refunds.

I am actually facing a similar issue along with a few glaring issues about what they are promising for those that used the gem system day one to get Counter Strike.

-I turned all of my extra items such as over a dozen wallpapers and another dozen plus emoticons to get myself over 13,000 Gems. Now I have come back onto steam today after leaving a bid overnight on King of Fighters and now I lost all the points I had in the bid for KoF and I don't have any form of refund or items in bid inventory stating I am still in a bid. Now I do hope this is merely a bug and my bid is still in though if not I am hoping to either get my gems back or get the emoticons and wallpapers I am essentially being jacked from even having anymore due to this issue.

I am also wondering about when everyone is suppose to get their copy of CS:GO due to these issues and being Day One converters and Bidders?

You only get CS:GO if you traded items to other players in return for Gems. Not if you turned your items in Gems. If you turned your items into Gems, you got to keep your gems.

My mistake on the CS:GO portion, but I am still seeing I have only 6,000 Gems now and I have no bids, no refunds, and nothing of the sort for my missing gems accounting for more then half my missing gems.

You should be able to see all your purchases on the Market and any Refunded purchases on your account details:

You won't get any Gems you purchased from the Market back.

I sell my cards and buy Gems,
lose everything and simply Steam does not resolve?
I do not use Bug, buy with my money my items.

Remember even Dell, they was mark the wrong price than much people pruchases it, than they do not just remove your purchases they just still shippping the items to buyers, that is a good company do. NOT THAT CHEAP VALVE JUST ONLY REMOVE ALL OF YOUR GEMS.

If you purchased the Gems from the Market, you got your money back.

If you created the gems from your inventory items, you got your gems back.

becoz even this times, they has been hacked and the gems is come from anywhere, but that is Valve's security responsibilities, not users' responsibilities.

and if this times Valve has been hacked, for users, is that still save for us????? becoz we was pay money for them, and we was use like credit cards.... to make a payment, that mean our information has been hacked? will you still use steam anymore????

and now they just remove our gems and refund the money, and our gems is gone, if you are one of us(normal user) will you happy??????

and same problem about dell, they still shipping the wrong price's items to buyer, becoz that is a good company's "Corporate social responsibility".

You clearly arent getting my problem here. I traded in and converted a series of MY items such as wallpapers and emoticons to get myself all these gems, and I had one bid going for King of Fighters. Now the bid is reset and I lost all 7K+ of my gems and they are neither
A. Refunded to my inventory
B. Shown that I even had them or the items that they once where.
C. Still on that Item I bidded to still remove.

So you got any answer for why I don't have my gems others then Oh its K check your market cause it should be in their or your inventory as refunds cause it isnt for me.

At this point, TirithRR has explained this recent "gem" nightmare unitl I am guessing he is sick of it and so if you don't see an explaination here that helps you to understand then you most likely just need to contact steam support for help...Steam did what they did with this issue and we can only try to explain it here from their perspective you see...

I purchased gems from the market from biboss. The gems are not showing in my inventory. I checked the transaction of market, It says l bought them, That their there. But l check my inventory. Not there

I purchased one bag of gems to try making cards, but they are not in my inventory. On market it says i bought them, but they are nowhere to be found. I know it's just € 0,46 but I want my gems.
