ive been having this problem in games from steam where if i play certain multiplayer games like one armed cook or raft or content warning it keeps crashing and saying things like host disconnected and stuff, sometimes it lets me in but after no less than a few minutes i get kicked back to the lobby with the disconnected prompt, i have tried everything from firewall to changing my download settings on steam but it keeps doing it pls help

Ps the first few months on this laptop i played raft just fine with friend and games like bg3 and lethal company's multiplayer works
