Yes, because Epic games is saving the link to steam. So they can show you that is linked because Epic is the one doing the linking.

Account links are managed by the third party. Valve does not have access to the database of third parties.

This, valve doesn't know so they can't show or tell you.

Valve will not store this information because they cannot know of its recency in case of an unlinking.
