Report a translation problem
I mean block everyone who HAS opted in to said group. Like a "Block this group and all of its participants" button.
That can he a awful lot of people in the case of some groups.
why?
User need a personal echo chamber.
Also, wasn't there a block limit anyway?

User isn't allowed to talk to people he wants to talk to them or else he'll get banned. I've been told by mods to block users I find problematic. If I find hate groups that steam won't shut down am I not allowed to do what the mods tell me to do?
You can talk to people, but show some restraint and don't go flying off the handle with insults if the other person happens to disagree with you.

How could a group coordinate harassment of a user? What would be an example of how they might do this?
Seems like an imaginary issue that already has suitable solutions: blocking, unfriending people who bother you, etc.
