Feature Request: Add "Timestamps" to Playtime
I mentioned this recently somewhere else but figured I'd post it here, too.

It would be awesome to be able to set "markers" or timestamps" in your playtime for each game. I'm not 100% the best way to implement this UI-wise, but the user could click on a game's "Playtime" area and it would open a pop-up where they can choose between [See details] or [Create new timestamp].

If [See details] is clicked, it opens a pop-up with total playtime, a timeline with all of the user's previously made timestamps marked, and possibly other details.

If [Create...] is clicked, it opens a pop-up where the user can type in a Title and click [Set timestamp]. Perhaps there could also be an option to enter a timestamp range with an input box for "start" and one for "stop" time. Now, when you go into [See details], your newly made timestamp will be marked on the timeline graphic
(ie: "Completed Act 2", 57m)
(or "Finished Campaign", 6h 09m)
(or "Testing Mods", 6h 10m)

Purpose: After I complete a game or a story mode, I like knowing (and broadcasting to others on my profile) how long it took me to do so. However, if I want to play the game again, it ruins my Playtime. Also, I think the timeline could be pretty awesome in general to relish in after completing a long game for users who would like marking each achievement or "first" they get ((me)). :)

Thank you for your time!

You can add a timeline marker by pressing Ctrl+F12 (by default; you can change this in Steam game recording settings). Some games automatically create timeline markers.

I'll have to mess around with that, didn't know about it, thanks. From a quick look-over, though, it seems to be lacking stuff that I want the feature for.
Sweet I was looking for something like this awhile ago.
