Wallet Sub-Categories
I think that some users may want to set aside money for purchases they may be interested in but without locking it in to anything specific. I was thinking that it would be useful if you could create a sub-category to your wallet that wouldn't be offered as a payment option, you would be free to name it whatever you wish, and move funds between categories as you see fit.

What I had in mind was that people will often use pre-orders as a way to set the money aside, with the quality issues of recent releases this would offer them an option to do the same thing but allow for the possibility of changing your mind after release more easily.

They can already ask for a refund within 14 days of release, as long as they haven't played more than 2 hours.
