Critical bug of automatic steam check in manuals
This problem primarily concerns the authors who create guides.
What is the problem? As you know, Steam has an automatic content check, which is necessary for the safe use of the launcher and filtering of obscene content. And sometimes there are glitches and bugs with it, which disappear over time. In particular, this problem is also in guides. And if the system did not have time to analyze the newly added content, it gives an error Falture code 15. Previously, this was rare and waiting a little was not a problem. Well, or there were failures with Steam - you could treat it with understanding, although it causes discomfort. Now this has become the norm, if earlier out of 45 guides there were 4-5 now it occurs every other guide and from the very creation of the guide. You may have a simple question what is the problem with waiting. Indeed, after waiting 1-5 hours, on average, the check ends in this amount of time and you can edit again, only in editing mode you have 1-2 minutes and a new check begins. That is, the next opportunity to edit will happen in 1-5 hours and you will be given 1-2 minutes to edit. Why 1-2 minutes? This is how much time Steam gives to add something or nothing was added after the error - well, and of course wait the long-awaited 1-5 hours for the next attempt. You probably noticed that I wrote in 1-2 minutes they added something or nothing was added - yes, you heard right, you can add nothing, and most importantly, not save - there will be a new check and so on in a circle ad infinitum. Maybe I am not telling you something or getting it wrong, no, 1-2 minutes are given in the editing mode, without touching the mouse and keyboard, and so I click save, but you can't, Falture code 15 error - this is funny because there is nothing to save, because I did not change anything. I have been facing this problem for a long time and there are no specific solutions - you write to support, which replies that it cannot influence this and after 4 answers - of course, they most often solve it for a while. I want to note that when they check your content during the request, the check is removed because they approved it - this sometimes solves the problem. But usually, while you sit and wait for an answer, you do everything through the Steam editor and save everything, for example, in Google Keep, and then when the check is passed, you paste it in and so on by chapter for two days, you create a guide - if you screwed up, you wait another few hours. And should I tell you how it breaks recommendations because of the check and erases the guide for hours even for a space? Today I talked to support, they solved the problem for a while, but it just appeared in another guide. That's how it is. It's already difficult to make guides, and when critical bugs occur that no one can solve, then it looks more like mockery, after which there is no desire to do this. I spent a lot of time, and my guide comes out in a day, and it does not get into the recommendations because of another, but different, glitch. I ask for support so that more people can see it and the developers finally solve this problem. English is not my native language, if there are any mistakes in the text, I apologize.

The ban restrictions do not extend to guides in other games

Error 15 is Access Denied. It isn't specific to the content analysis system.

15 is the error for content analysis since the access is being denied to the page while being in analysis.

Content analysis happens every time a user clicks save.

I literally just got error 15 when replying to a support ticket five minutes ago. If they're getting the same error I am, they've had the page open for too many hours and their CSRF token expired. The fix is to copy what you have written and refresh the page.

Error codes can be used for multiple purposes. In this case, analysis uses 15.

Edit one of your guides, save it and try to edit and save the guide again.
