My Steam account was recently hacked, and the attacker changed the email and password. I have several valuable CS2 skins in the account, and I have completely lost access.

I tried to use the recovery system but exceeded the allowed number of attempts and now I cannot submit a help request through the website.

I have tried all possible support paths on the official site but cannot find a direct way to open a support ticket.

I kindly ask if any moderator or experienced member can advise me on how to proceed to recover my account, or if Steam Support can assist me directly.

I can provide all necessary information to prove ownership, such as payment receipts, account name, previous emails, and purchase history.
