Hey Steam Developers,

First: Why don’t you allow reviews from players who have played a game shared by a family member?

Second: You let me open the review window, enter and format my review, spending over half an hour doing so, only to tell me at the very end, when I try to submit it, that I’m not allowed to do so because I don’t own the game myself. Well... as you so far forbid reviews for family members, at least make this clearer, don't let them open the review window and enter a text, that they can't submit anyway.
