For valve to add such field to the store

Developers can already add that information as they are responsible for the store page.

Instead of, Network: Broadband Internet Connection they could remove Broadband Internet Connection and display it as Network: Speed and Ping.

Not all games require internet, for example Crosscode.

The developer did not add that to the store page because it not required for that particular game. They add whichever fields are required and input the data.

NOTE: You can report a game which has missing information such as it requiring an internet connection due to having a multiplayer or co-op component yet that information is missing.
