I apologize for bothering you. Several of us are facing an issue that we have not been able to resolve through Steam support, and I would be very grateful if you could give us your attention.

We purchased the games A Twisted Path To Renown and This Land Is My Land from developer Game Labs.

The problem is that the game servers have not been operational for the past few days, and the Steam link to contact the developers is not working.

We understand that Steam is not responsible for the development of these games, but it’s unfair — both for users and for Steam — to sell games that are not functioning (and some users are very irritated).

We believe it would be appropriate for A Twisted Path To Renown to be removed from sale, as well as the DLC for This Land Is My Land, or at least an alert should be added to indicate that part of the content is not working.

Perhaps you can also assist us (since the Steam link is not working) in obtaining an alternative contact or source of information about these games, given that they are still being sold. Steam might have a professional contact with them.

Do you have any information about these titles? Is this a temporary issue, or has their company closed? If the problem is solely related to the servers, would it be possible to set up a community server to run the games?
Would that be complicated or costly?
