I'd argue that installing a game, while another game is already being installed, should automatically add the new install to the back of the queue. That way there are no context menus or additional clicks needed. I find myself very rarely installing multiple things at the same time, and wanting the game I clicked LAST to be installed FIRST. And in the rare instances that would happen, I'd be fine with opening the downloads window and rearranging them manually.
Would be great to have a default install queue order setting though, so everyone can have their own preferred method. With the options "add to back" and "add to front"
