Subject: Sharing a Solution for Steamwebhelper Not Responding]
Hello Steam Community,

I recently faced an issue where steamwebhelper was not responding, and after some research and troubleshooting, I found a solution that worked for me.

The problem was caused by TCP BBR2 being enabled on my system. Disabling it resolved the issue, and Steam started functioning normally again.

I wanted to share this solution here in case anyone else is experiencing a similar problem. The attached files illustrate the issue and provide steps to enable or disable TCP BBR2.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask.

Best regards,
[ichigo]

I had this too. Had to download TCP Optimizer and revert back to CUBIC because steam broke completely.
