Feature request: Add ability to give players a short tag/nickname

I play with many people cross-platform and who are on other platforms (PSN, Discord, etc) and they often have different usernames across the platforms.

Another scenario is adding someone as a Steam friend, but then 2 months later I can't for the life of me remember which game I met them in, or who they are.

Could you add the ability to put a short tag or nickname on Steam Friends, so in the Friends List view it would show next to their name? Would be SUPER helpful.

e.g. vocatus - "guy I met playing Helldivers 02/23/25"

You can already add a nickname via a friends profile and clicking on the More dropdown box and choosing Add nickname.

Adding nicknames to your Steam friends has been a thing forever.

Non-friends currently requires a workaround.
