white screen
im not used to using FORUMs , so this is prob. out here somewhere already, but while Im playing it wii go to a whit screen a lock up .Idont know what to do to fix this

Im using PC windows 11 and now my game wont load it acts like it will then does NOTHING... for the sims 4
