A feature to curate censorship of messages. Auto hide certain comments (spam)
There is often copy paste spam in comment sections, "bob" and the such. It makes browsing a pain, and I think there is a simple solution. Allow users to paste into a censor filter, so we could copy paste the garbage into the filter, then steam could auto hide those comments (or parts of comments depending of settings).
This could also be useful in finding pertinent info, and as a tool for parents to curate their kids' content potentially,
I just want to auto hide all the spam.

+1. A feature to add a blacklist of words or phrases would be wonderful.

Reading this, it reads like it changes the filtered words to hearts or asterisks. What OP is asking for is for posts with specific words to be fully hidden entirely.
