You the user is / are responsible for the security of your steam account. you agreed to this when you agreed to the steam SSA / TOS.
The only way to get your 3 keys to login as you, is to give them away, via fake login / off site non valve websites, or via malware on your pc, or you have been phished.
First do the following:
- Check your account's Authorized Devices. If anything seems odd, use the Remove All Credentials option.
- Change your Steam account password immediately. (From a known, secure device.)
- Review the security of your email and other associated associated accounts. Update the passwords if there are any concerns.
- Scan your system for malware. Check for malicious applications, web extensions, etc.
Your account gets "hacked" by way of the weakest point in the security chain, and that weak point is you. Trust nobody. Don't accept friend requests from randos, and don't trust those you do friend request. All third party trading sites are scams. The only safe place to trade on Steam, is on Steam itself.Plenty of people have been on Steam for decades without once getting their accounts compromised. Figure out what you keep doing that gets your account hijacked, then don't do that thing anymore.
so that is number one
find out where you are making your mistake and stop
most likely trading sites,
but it can be any third party site that wants your steam data
edit:
in case you have yet to do these

The two factors are "something you know" and "something you have". What metaphysical concepts are we diving into for third and fourth factor authentication?
